Start with a customer recovery review
Choose a defined customer portfolio and an account manager responsible for reviewing weakening revenue. The work is to prepare an evidence-backed recovery review, decide whether contact is appropriate, and agree the next step. Chenora’s current offering is guided and primarily read-only. The agent-assisted workflow below is an illustrative evaluation design, not a claim of live autonomous execution or customer results.
Agree the baseline before changing the work
Use a comparable review period and the same definition of an accepted review. Record the starting revenue, account health, service quality, completed reviews, working hours and full delivery cost. Track customer mix and seasonality so a change is not automatically attributed to the pilot.
| Measure | Human workflow | Agent-assisted evaluation |
|---|---|---|
| Accepted output | Evidence-backed reviews accepted by the account manager | The same accepted review standard, including correction and rework |
| Human productivity | Accepted reviews divided by all human working hours | Accepted reviews divided by preparation, supervision, approval and correction hours |
| Agent productivity | Not applicable where no agent is used | Accepted commercial outputs divided by the full dollar cost of agent work |
| Revenue outcome | Revenue retained, recovered or expanded, confirmed from agreed records | The same outcome, measured after action and not inferred from task completion |
| Full cost | Labour, systems and delivery cost | Labour, Chenora, model calls, tools, retries, supervision and delivery cost |
| Quality guardrails | Accuracy, service quality and customer experience | The same guardrails plus data access, unsupported claims and unsafe actions |
Keep approval and trust checks explicit
- Approve the portfolio, data sources, permitted access and evaluation scope.
- Prepare a review using permitted facts and show the evidence, missing information and uncertainty.
- Have the account manager check the facts, customer context and recommended response.
- Require the responsible person to approve consequential work before any customer contact or system change.
- Record what was approved, who acted, exceptions, correction effort and the eventual outcome.
- Stop or revise the trial if accuracy, permissions, reliability or service quality fails the agreed standard.
Illustrative calculation, not a customer result
Suppose the baseline produces 20 accepted reviews in 10 human working hours at a full cost of $400. A trial produces the same 20 accepted reviews in 6 human hours, with $240 in labour and $80 in agent and tool costs. All figures are invented solely to explain the comparison.
| Comparison | Baseline | Illustrative trial |
|---|---|---|
| Accepted reviews per human hour | 20 / 10 = 2.00 | 20 / 6 = 3.33 |
| Accepted reviews per full agent dollar | No agent cost | 20 / $80 = 0.25 |
| Full workflow cost | $400 | $320 |
| Revenue effect | Measure from agreed records | Not yet verified |
Four hours returned are a workload measure, not automatically cash saved. The $80 cost difference counts as financial value only if the costs are actually avoided or accepted by the customer. Accepted reviews per agent dollar measure output efficiency, not revenue return.
Use a pass/fail decision, not an activity count
| Check | Pass | Fail or hold |
|---|---|---|
| Useful output | Comparable accepted output with less total effort or cost | More activity, rejected reviews or hidden rework |
| Trust and service | Access, approval, evidence and service standards are met | Any unresolved access, accuracy or service-quality failure |
| Cost comparison | Full costs included and the agreed improvement is verified | Missing supervision, retries, delivery costs or unverified savings |
| Financial return | Customer accepts measured revenue effect less full incremental cost, with alternative explanations reviewed | Revenue effect is unverified or the net result does not meet the agreed threshold |
This illustrative trial could pass an operational cost test if the costs and quality hold. It cannot yet pass a financial-return test because no revenue effect has been verified. Agree the thresholds before starting and expand only after the evidence and governance checks pass.
